Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time – United States Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery is 5–12 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
